May Networking Event: VIP Tour of Millennium Park

CREW members and guests were treated to a beautiful spring day while learning about the development of Millennium Park and the Pritzker Pavilion at CREW Chicago’s May Networking Event held on May 15, 2013. The CREW participants shared in an exclusive presentation by the Executive Director of Millennium Park Incorporated Inc (MPI), Ed Uhlir. As developer of the park’s master plan, Ed provided an overview of the design and construction of the park, and shared what is currently being done to maintain and improve the public art and gardens of Millennium Park.

CREW Chicago Dine Around 2013

On Wednesday, May 8th over 65 CREW Chicago members gathered to enjoy each other, camaraderie and good cheer, and networking with other CREW members. Dine Around traditionally is one of the highlights of the year. The enthusiastic response from all who attended confirms this year was no different and a key benefit to membership in CREW.
This year, five CREW members opened up their homes in Clarendon Hills, Highland Park, Gold Coast and Lakeview. Many thanks to hostesses Ginger Petroff, Linsey Cohen, Liz Sharp, Laura Fisher and Cathy Stephenson. Additionally, thanks to Bec Kaufman who served as the CREW host at Pazzo 311, a downtown restaurant conveniently located near the train stations. As you can see from the attached photos, everyone clearly enjoyed themselves!
