CREW Careers

CREW CareersTM: Building Opportunities is a hands-on "Real Estate 101" classroom program presented by CREW Foundation, in conjunction with its Global Donor Partners, designed to introduce teenage girls to the many career opportunities available to them in the commercial real estate industry.

Local CREW Network chapters present the program in March/April as either a One-day or Multi-week program, using local real estate projects to illustrate the various career options available within commercial real estate and are led by a wide variety of local professional CREW members from all fields of the industry. These programs are delivered in cooperation with a local academic institution and/or not-for profit girls' group such as Girls, Inc. or Girl Scouts.

CREW Foundation, founded in 1998, is the philanthropic arm of CREW Network. It supports programs that assist women and girls to achieve economic self-sufficiency and promotes the entry of more women into commercial real estate.

CREW Network exists to advance the success of women in commercial real estate and does so by, looking outward to bring more women into the industry, showcasing member successes and serving as a resource to its members and the industry. It includes a well-educated and experienced group of nearly 7,000 members in 60 major markets across North America. CREW Network members represent all disciplines of commercial real estate, every type of expert required to "get the deal done".

CREW Chicago recently hosted a one-day seminar, especially for the Girl Scouts, to introduce the world of Real Estate as a career choice. The full-day event at Gensler's office (30 W.
