2008 Sponsorship Opportunities and Benefits
CREW Chicago sponsorship provides you targeted access to a membership comprised of the top tier of commercial real estate professionals. Qualified membership assures a depth of expertise and creates a unique networking opportunity in an interdisciplinary forum attracting a broad range of commercial real estate industry participants. CREW Chicago members have the power and resources to make the deal happen.
A unique opportunity with maximum exposure to CREW Chicago is available through the Platinum or Gold Annual Partnership through December 2008 for a $5,000 or $2,500 commitment respectively.
Partners receive multiple benefits from time of commitment, including recognition and opportunities to promote their companies at all CREW Chicago meetings and programs, in printed materials, on the CREW Chicago website and in the association's electronic newsletters.
Platinum Annual Partnership: $5,000 Commitment
- Corporate Spotlight Article. Sponsors are given the opportunity to write a short article for one newsletter about their specialty/industry.
- One set of mailing labels for CREW Chicago membership will be provided each sponsor. The Board will review the prospective letter and package that a sponsor would want to send to the membership. Access to CREW Chicago membership two times per year to provide a Corporate Promotional Item from sponsor to all members.
- Affiliated Opportunity. A) For Platinum sponsors, 2 registrations will be provided to each open event throughout calendar year 2008 at no charge. B) For Gold sponsors, 1 registration will be provided to two open events throughout calendar year 2008 at no charge. An assigned CREW Chicago member would host each affiliate attendee.
- All invitations to events would list corporate sponsors.
- Sponsors acknowledged in each of the quarterly newsletters, sent to over 225 members locally.
- Sponsors acknowledged from the podium as well as on an easel board prominently displayed at all 2008 meetings. It is projected that the largest events will draw 180 to 230 members and guests.
- Sponsors will be noted in all ad placements, press and media publications placed by CREW Chicago. Additionally, sponsors will be noted in all publications and ad placements by CREW Chicago for the CREW Network Convention.
- A representative from each of the sponsors will be invited as a guest, at no charge, to a CREW Chicago signature event.
- A separate quarterly e-mail will be distributed to the membership thanking corporate sponsors, listing the firm names, a web link to their corporate site and a contact name with additional verbiage such as: Please consider these firms who have generously supported us in your corporate decision-making.
- Sponsors are included on the distribution list for the e-newsletter.
- Sponsors can present program ideas for consideration, and consideration (not preference) will be given to sponsor companies to participate as experts in panel discussions.
- Sponsors will have the opportunity to have corporate materials at event registrations.
- Sponsor firms have the opportunity to highlight its CREW Chicago members on the website as Featured Members for one quarter of the year, for no additional cost.
- Sponsors are noted on CREW Chicago website with links to access their corporate website.
- Nametags that represent Platinum/Gold sponsor. New nametags for existing CREW members. All attendees from sponsoring company will have nametags designating sponsorship level.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities:
MONTHLY PROGRAMS ($500 - $1,000): Includes signage at the event, mention from the podium as a Sponsor, 3-5 minute introduction at the program, (2) tickets to the event, and the ability to display marketing material at the tables.
CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES *
CREW LAST CALL FOR FALL ($1,000 - $5,000): CREW Chicago's charitable event which raises funds to assist the CREW Foundation in creating opportunities for women and girls to achieve economic and professional success. Since CREW Foundations inception, over $712,500 has been awarded to 11 national programs specifically focused on self-sufficiency and economic stability for women and girls. Sponsorship includes signage at the event, logo placement on all marketing materials and invitations.
CREW CAREERS ($1,000 - $5,000): "Building Opportunities" is a hands-on classroom program created by CREW Foundation and conducted annually by CREW Chicago and over 24 other CREW National chapters. The program was designed to open the eyes of teenage girls to the many career opportunities available to them in the commercial real estate industry. It is presented and produced by CREW Chicago in cooperation with the local Girl Scouts. Sponsorship includes signage at the event, logo placement on all marketing and PR materials.
CREW SCHOLARSHIPS ($1,000 - $5,000): Awarded by CREW Chicago primarily on the basis of academic excellence and are intended to help qualified women students pursue an education that will lead them into productive careers in commercial real estate.
* Funded through donations to the CREW Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Donations are deductible to the extent permitted by law.
