Learn how to turn change into opportunity. We’ll explore frameworks and tools to help you understand the dynamics of change, how resilience can create positive outcomes and what leaders can do to guide organizations through tumultuous times.

This interactive session will include presentation and small group discussion facilitated by Dorie Blesoff, a consultant, educator and coach specializing in sustainable change for organizations and individuals. Dorie consults with leadership teams in multiple industries and nonprofit organizations, and teaches at Northwestern University’s Center for Learning and Organizational Change.
