Who: CREW Members Only
What: Learn to navigate the waters of working with the public sector from experts in the arena that will identify the various agencies looking for real estate professional service providers and how to connect with them. We'll discuss qualifications and tips on agency outreach.
Facilitators:
Christine Raguso, Acting Commissioner, Department of Community Development for the City of Chicago. Chris is knowledgeable in the development activity in the City and has worked in the private sector assisting real estate service firms in positioning themselves for work in the City of Chicago.
Nina Fain, President of the Chicago Economic Development Institute, a nearly decade-old policy institute which advises municipalities, corporations and high net-worth individuals on strategies aimed at promoting economic development in communities.
Joanna Haerle, Director of Business Development, W.E. O'Neil Construction Company, a national Construction Manager that is a player in the public sector.
